GTA 6 release date confirmed: November 19, 2026

Grand Theft Auto VI launches on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. The date is confirmed by Rockstar Games, and Take-Two reaffirmed it at its most recent earnings update.

The game has slipped twice. It was first associated with a 2025 window, then dated for May 26, 2026, and finally moved to November 19, 2026. Take-Two has since told investors there will be no further delay, and a pre-order date is now set for June 25.

There is no PC version yet. Based on how Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2 rolled out, a PC release is widely expected roughly a year after the console launch.
