Almost certainly. An online multiplayer mode, the successor to GTA Online, is widely expected, though Rockstar has not detailed it yet.
GTA Online earned billions over a decade, so an online component for GTA 6 is all but guaranteed as a business matter. Rockstar has not yet revealed how it works, whether it launches day one, or what it is called.
Expect the online mode to roll out and expand after the single-player launch, following the pattern set by GTA 5.
